The use of  SIDMA STEEL SA ( SIDMA  or the Company) website and the relevant rights and obligations are subject to the terms of the present notice.

By using  SIDMA’s website, the user accepts the present terms of use unreservedly.

The Company may, for any reason and without prior notice, modify the present terms of use. In this case, the Company shall upload the currently applicable version of the terms of use, whilst the continued use of the website shall be considered as acceptance of the new terms of use.

SIDMA undertakes every possible effort to ensure that the content of the website and the information provided through it, is accurate, correct, clear and complete, however, it does not guarantee and may not be held liable in case it does not ensure the existence of such requirements.

For this reason, the content of the website is provided to the user, as is and as available.The user assumes all risks that may possibly arise from the access and use of the Company’s website.

The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, material damage or loss of profit of any kind that may be caused to the user of the website in connection with such use.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content of this website (indicatively, information material of any kind, data, images, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos) constitutes intellectual and industrial property of  SIDMA.

The content of the Company’s website is made available to the user for personal use and the SIDMA grants the user a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the information made available on the Company’s website to the extent agreed with the present terms.

With the exception of the right of use mentioned hereinabove, any modification, publication, transmission, transfer, reproduction, distribution, presentation, download, or exploitation, in whole or in part, in any way or by any means, of the content of the website for commercial or other purposes, is prohibited, without the prior written consent of the Company.

Hyperlinks

SIDMA’s website may contain hyperlinks to the websites of third parties. These hyperlinks are provided solely for the convenience of the user of the Company’s website. The Company has no control whatsoever on the websites of third parties and may not be held liable for their content as well as any damage caused to the user from the access and use of the websites of third parties.

Personal data protection

The data collected with the use of  SIDMA’s website is related to the automatic registration of technical information such as the number of visitors, the type of the internet browser, the type of the IT operating system used by the user of the Company’s website. This information is used to monitor the use and improve the website. Within the above framework, the Company does not collect or store identifiable personal information of the user.

SIDMA shall not collect any identifiable personal information of the user through the use of the website (e.g. name, address, e-mail address) unless the user voluntarily provides personal information in order to be included in the recipient list for the Company’s newsletter or submit any request (by electronic communication).

In the above cases, the Company may collect and store personal data, which shall be used solely for the purpose referred to hereinabove.

The Company reserves the right to record this data in files for generating aggregated statistical records and for improving the content of its website.

By submitting personal data, the user provides his/her consent to the collection, use and processing of his/her personal data under the terms of the present privacy policy.

Applicable law

The present terms, any changes thereto and the use of the website are governed by Greek law. For any dispute that may arise from the use of the website, the courts of Athens have exclusive competence
